NOVIPRO, firme de services-conseils TI et partenaire de recrutement de confiance auprès de nos clients, est à la recherche d'un consultant Infor LN pour une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la fabrication d'outils et d'équipements extérieur. Cette entreprise est engagée dans un ambitieux projet d'unification de ses systèmes au Canada et aux États-Unis, visant à améliorer son efficacité opérationnelle et à soutenir sa croissance continue.

**Modalités du poste**:

- **Type d'emploi**: La première phase est de trois mois, puis extension de mandat
- ** Modalités** : À temps plein, principalement à distance.
- ** Lieu**: Chaudière-Appalaches

**Contexte du projet**: En 2019, l'entreprise a lancé une initiative pour unifier ses systèmes entre le Canada et les États-Unis, en choisissant Infor LN et Oracle 11i E-Business Suite (EBS).

**Responsabilités**:

- Agir en tant que conseiller pour le projet Infor LN et fournir des conseils stratégiques.
- Revoir et évaluer les processus existants à un niveau élevé.
- Segmenter et prioriser les tâches à accomplir pour une implantation réussie.
- Gérer le cashflow et assurer une planification efficace.
- Travailler sur des projets de « discrete manufacturing » et planification.
- Réaliser une analyse des besoins d'affaires pré-implantation et créer un mapping détaillé.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour s'assurer que les solutions proposées sont alignées avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
- Fournir des recommandations pour l'optimisation des processus et la gestion du changement.
- Conduire des ateliers et des sessions de formation pour les parties prenantes internes.
- Développer et maintenir des documents de projet et des rapports d'état.

**Requis**:

- Expérience avérée en implantation de Infor LN.
- Compétences solides en analyse d'affaires et analyse de processus.
- Connaissance approfondie du « discrete manufacturing » de la planification et gestion du « cashflow »
- Capacité à analyser et à documenter les besoins d'affaires et les processus opérationnels.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en consultation, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Expérience en conduite de changement et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision.
