**Job summary**
- **Certified SuccessFactors Consultant**:

- Employee Central, PMGM **Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) Solution**
- Support the project that involves Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment Management, **PMGM**.
- **Full Life Cycle Implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and PMGM.**
- Hands-on experience in EC configurations (Data Models, Foundation Objects, Workflow, Data Imports, Permissions).
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out HR offerings powered by SAP SuccessFactors
- Lead and implement new enhancements, which influence our employee's experience.
- Identifying and negotiating project goals, objectives and success measures and tracking to ensure we deliver excellence.
- Lead and support major company and HR initiatives such as Quarterly SuccessFactors Cloud release, activation of new cloud functionality, SAP HCM Components (ECC) like Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, changes by providing consultation and domain expertise.
- The project has CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) as a middleware that transfers master data from SAP ECC to SA SF. Collaborate with integration consultants to do configuration and deliver the results.
- Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients’ core Human Resources functions
- Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
- Working with strict deadlines in resolving high priority incidents/tasks raised in service now on a daily basis.
