We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This person will keep daily operations running smoothly, support management, and ensure the office stays efficient and professional.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Daily Operations**
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Keep the office tidy, organised, and presentable

**2. Administration & Documentation**
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Perform accurate data entry
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and small internal events

**3. Support for Management & Staff**
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
- Assist with onboarding new staff and organizing paperwork
- Support basic HR documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements, calendars, and team events

**4. Finance & Coordination**
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and receipt tracking
- Update basic financial logs and administrative records
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability

**What We Offer**
- $55,000-$64,000 annual salary (based on experience)
- Monday to Friday schedule

Pay: $55,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
