Marketing Manager

**Overview**:
The Marketing Manager (MM) will lead Flightpath in the planning and promotion of aircraft management and aircraft charter services. The MM will provide the strategic guidance, technical advice, and leadership necessary to achieve these objectives.
The MM will be expected to perform all duties in a professional and ethical manner and will be required to integrate all marketing objectives with the strategic goals of the Company.
**The incumbent will possess the necessary skills to**:
**1. Digital Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable objectives.
**2. Content Creation and SEO**[TM1]
- Create and manage content on WordPress, including blog posts, landing pages, and other media.
- Implement SEO best practices in content creation, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and meta tagging.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ranking.
**3. WordPress Management**
- Manage a WordPress website, including theme and plugin customization.
- Employ basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and sometimes PHP to make simple tweaks on WordPress sites.
- Manage WordPress SEO plugins like Yoast SEO or All in One SEO.
**4. Analytics and Reporting**
- Interpret Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
- Interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms.
- Leverage WordPress plugins or external tools for social media sharing.
**6. Project Management**
- Manage timelines and budgets effectively.
- Leverage project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to coordinate marketing projects.
**7. Branding and Design Basics**
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.
**8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**
- Optimize CRM tools to track customer data and improve marketing strategies.
- Integrate CRM tools with WordPress to capture leads and monitor customer interactions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate with management in the establishment of marketing goals.
- Perform competitive market assessments and analysis.
- Develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing plans and programs.
- Match customer requirements to Company programs.
- Prepare, plan & conduct sales presentations to new and existing customers.
- Assist clients with special requests (supply information, resolve complaints, etc.).
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company aircraft and services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive environment.
**Accountable for**:
- Achievement of marketing objectives.
- The successful planning and completion of advertising/marketing programs within budget.
- Brand integrity, website, marketing and promotional material management.
- Adherence to company policy and protocol.
- Timely completion of administrative duties.
