**Job Overview** **Responsibilities** - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Strong understanding of editing Instagram reels, and stories. - Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Conduct research to identify trends in the industry and adapt strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite. - Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to promote products or services. - Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. - Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. - Willing to travel to different jobsites through the GTA and beyond twice a week (supplemental pay for "out of town" jobsites. - Familiarity of construction industry - Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks. - Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite. - Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. - Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
