Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creating content, updating and ensuring all online social media presence platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, TikTok, etc. are regularly updated and maintained.
- Establish and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule
- Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative captions.
- Interact with followers and the online community
- Social seeding and reaching out to influencers. Coordinate on their content posting/reposting
- Report and analyze social media engagement
- Monitor trends in the hospitality industry across various social media platforms
- Responsible for creating a regular newsletter(s) to customers and professionals in the industry.
- Expected to support our SEO optimization strategy and website content
- Responsible of content creation which includes designing, organize photo and video shoots in line with Flüf brand guidelines.
- Organize, coordinate events as required according to the market

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Sprout Social etc.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator) for creating graphics and visuals
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for optimizing social media content
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights using Google Analytics or similar tools
