Social Media Manager

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while aligning with brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and managing interactions across platforms.
- Research industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to enhance visual storytelling.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Knowldge of videography and photography is an asset
- Need to take classes to guide realtors about various social media platform
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and e-commerce strategies.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms.
- Excellent research skills to stay updated on market trends and audience preferences.
- Ability to create compelling written content with a keen eye for proofreading.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- A passion for social media trends and a proactive approach to learning new techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in E-commerce and SEO
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong skills in graphic design and content creation
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics
- Ability to conduct keyword research and proofreading
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
Pay: $5,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
