**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and supporting our Learning and Development programs for our employees. Reporting to the Director OD & OE, supports all of our facilities across the organization.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assigning courses and curriculums to employees, report creation and maintenance of the UKG Pro Learning platform.
- Developing curriculums for onboarding, career development, Procedures, and roles.
- Development and maintenance of Learning dashboards at the local and corporate level to sustain and improve the L&D program.
- Overall Maintenance of the LMS system
- Report of KPI’s including compliance, overdue and overall status.
- Working with Leaders to develop eLearning material for onboarding and general knowledge.
- Organize and deliver various content for the Monthly Watch and Learn program.
- Work with 3rd parties to coordinate, communicate and manage training programs (Leadership development for Supervisors, and Managers), Program management, and other as required.
- Research and recommend new programs or enhancements to training programs based on the latest trends.
- Coordinate and plan various forms of additional live, remote, and e-learning programs across the organization.
- Facilitate and lead training when required.
- Coordinate with the HR Leaders, HSE team, and Sustainment coordinator to ensure current and future needs are met in regard to career planning, compliance, ESG, and reporting requirements.
- Develop training content for Corporate or regional needs using the L&D platform.
- Creates and maintains training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials as required.
- Develop and cascade communication around training programs and activities for the organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University degree, preferably in Adult Education, Business, Human Resources or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years in a Learning & Development role.
- Working with a Learning Management system.
- Experience with UKG Learning Pro platform preferred.
- Familiar with manufacturing and various office roles.
- Health, Safety and/or Environmental experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lead initiatives through to implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required, and a solid understanding of MS Excel expected.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and proactively solve problems.
- A team player, willing to collaborate, support, and encourage teammates when needed.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong group facilitation & presentation skills at all levels.
- Experience developing and managing corporate communications a plus.
- Ability to travel on occasion.
