**Trouw** Nutrition** is looking for a motivated **E-learning Coordinator** to join our Digital Experience team in our **Puslinch, ON office**. Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, the E-learning Coordinator will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality adult e-learning training materials using Articulate Storyline 360. You will also support the management and administration of the WorkDay Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless course delivery.

**About The Role**:Create and deliver e-learning content to drive the success of our internal learning initiatives

**Responsibilities**:

- Transform complex source materials into engaging e-learning courses that align with and achieve learning objectives;
- Provide learning management system (LMS) admin support, such as account setup, uploading courses, testing/QA and creating learning campaigns;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning programs and make improvements based on feedback and assessment results;
- Track course development progress, maintain project timelines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary in design, communication, business, education, or related discipline;
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong creativity and flexibility for the design process;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly;
- Previous experience in training and development in an e-learning environment is considered an asset;
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Workday Learning or similar software is considered an asset;
- ** Learning Design Certificate**_ _is a strong asset

**Expectation from the Role**:

- You have the ability to quickly prioritize individual responsibilities and effectively manage time;
- You are willing to adopt emerging technologies (eg. Artificial Intelligence) and stay up to date on industry trends to improve processes and productivity;
- You understand the digital world and the benefits of learning through media-rich digital experiences;
- You’re open to a hybrid arrangement with a minimum 3 days in the office.
