**Key Responsibilities Front Desk Duties**
- Greet clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

**Administrative Support**
- Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems.
- Enter and update property listings in MLS and other platforms.
- Prepare documents such as listing agreements, offers, contracts, disclosures, and other forms.
- Coordinate transaction paperwork from listing to closing.
- Assist with marketing materials: brochures, postcards, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.

**Real Estate Support**
- Communicate with vendors, clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
- Schedule showings, inspections, and open houses.
- Support agents with compliance and brokerage policies.
- Ensure all documents are completed and filed correctly according to regulations.
- Assist in onboarding new agents with systems, tools, and office procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role, preferably in real estate.
- Knowledge of real estate documents, MLS, and transaction processes is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable learning new software platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
