**We are currently looking for an Analyst to join our Advisory Services team in Montreal.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Gathering financial information;
- Performing detailed analyses of financial statements and other financial reports;
- Executing financial due diligence mandates which include the preparation of data books, assessing the quality of earnings and working capital requirements;
- Assisting senior team members in the preparation of reports;
- Preparing, maintaining and updating financial models and financial projections;
- Keeping senior team members informed, on an ongoing basis, of progress and significant issues.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or CBV) is preferred;
- 3+ years of public accounting experience;
- Experience in due diligence is an asset;
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis;
- Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint and other tools of the MS suite;
- Ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
