Manager, Valuation Services

Our Advisory Services team focuses on transaction advisory services, restructuring, turnaround, conflict resolution and general business advisory. Our clients typically consist of private corporations and financial institutions, and our network is global.
**Your contribution**:
- General_
- Co-coordinate engagements with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop, train and coach junior team members.
- Assist in developing practice strategy (department growth, best practices, etc.).
- Deliver high-quality client service.
- Valuation & Litigation Support_
- Business valuations for M&A, succession and tax planning, litigation support, and financial reporting.
- Execute loss quantification engagements for dispute resolution and litigation support purposes.
- Develop financial models and forecasts in the context of valuations and/or other advisory mandates.
- Conduct company and industry research.
- Identify key issues and communicate findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.
- Prepare valuation reports in accordance with CBV Institute standards.
- Organize financial evidence and prepare for hearings, trials and mediations.
- Other Advisory Services_
- Develop managerial tools such as key performance indicators, financial metrics, etc.
- Develop budgeting and forecasting tools.
- Perform financial diagnostics and/or independent business reviews.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Professional designation (CPA, CBV) required.
- 5+ years of professional service experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Proven ability to deliver all valuation related services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional report writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Bilingualism (English and French written and spoken) required.
