**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate financial due diligence mandates;
- Review financial analyses performed;
- Identify key deal issues and the potential impacts on the investment strategy;
- Identify and quantify adjustments to EBITDA;
- Assess working capital requirements;
- Review of various legal documents and agreements (Letter of Intent, financing agreements, Share or Asset Purchase Agreements, etc.);
- Communicate findings and recommendations clients and stakeholders;
- Prepare Quality of Earnings reports;
- Supervise junior team members;
- Ensure projects are progressing and completed within budget and deadlines;
- Keeping partners informed, on an ongoing basis, of progress and significant issues;
- Assist in the preparation of proposals; and
- Assist in the review of work in process and billing.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Professional designation (CPA, CFA, or CBV) is preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting or consultancy firm;
- 2+ years in financial due diligence;
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis;
- Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
- Ability to manage junior team members and succeed in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines; and
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other tools of the MS suite.
