Office Administrator

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Answering phones, transferring calls, distributing/sending mail, preparing shipments and arranging couriers
- Providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive company image
- Compiling, verifying, sorting, and accurately entering high volumes of data into various databases
- Maintaining accurate records of work orders and supporting with asset maintenance
- Coordinating with IT for new hire orientation, supporting with onboarding and timesheet preparation, etc.
- Booking accommodations (hotels, flights etc.) and maintaining a current record of staff members’ whereabouts
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring that the office remains organized, orderly, and tidy
- Assisting A/P and A/R departments as required
- Communicating effectively with appropriate personnel to collect essential information
- Performing a variety of other general office duties and clerical support
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Office Administrator experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe; advanced familiarity with Outlook, Work, and Excel
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners etc.)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
- Above average work ethic; strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer and listening skills
- Desire to support in other areas when needed
- Strong self-management must be punctual and have reliable transportation

**Experience**:
- Office Administrator: 2 years (preferred)
