**The Opportunity**

Clean Harbors **Edmonton, AB** is seeking a **Temporary Recruitment Coordinator** to join our team and provide exceptional support throughout our Industrial Services line of business. The Recruitment Coordinator will source, screen and attract top talent to support recruitment operations. This 6 month temporary position also has the opportunity to move to full time employment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Attract top talent through various job boards and passive sourcing techniques;
- Attend in person hiring events with the ability to travel throughout Canada;

**What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?**
- Previous recruitment experience is considered an asset (Agency recruitment is preferred);
- Customer service focused with effective verbal and written communication skills required;
- General business knowledge and/or industry related experience;
- Computer savvy;
- Adaptable to changing business demands.
