**About the Opportunity**

We’re looking for an **IT Support Analyst (Level 1)** to join our growing team—ensuring our staff across multiple locations can work smoothly and efficiently, whether they’re onsite or remote. Experience or familiarity with farming or agriculture is a strong asset, as it helps in understanding the unique needs of our industry.

This is more than just a job—it’s a career path. With mentorship and learning opportunities, you’ll have the chance to grow into a **Level 3 IT role**, gaining hands-on experience in **network and server administration, reporting, and even AI tools**.

**What**You’ll Do
- Monitor and resolve Level 1 helpdesk tickets within a 30-minute response window
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (PCs, printers, phones, etc.)
- Set up and deploy new hardware (laptops, desktops, phones)
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain printer/copier services and supplies
- Assist with technical setup for in-person and online events
- Participate in software lifecycle management (acquisition, deployment, licensing)
- Help with rollout and support of our new ERP system
- Conduct root cause analysis and document support procedures
- Occasionally travel to sites in **Alberta** and **British Columbia**
