**About the Position**:
ATS Traffic is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our high-functioning Technology Team based in Edmonton. The IT Support Analyst is a fundamental position that offers front-line primary technical support to end users regarding issues with hardware, software, and peripherals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in team projects
- Participate in installing, configuring, developing, and documenting systems
- Support for both iOS and Android handheld devices such as smartphones and tablets
- Perform administration duties including:

- Office 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint)
- Active Directory Administration
- Mobility Management
- Hardware Inventory Management

**Qualifications**:
**Co-op students and recent graduates are welcome to apply**:
This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate looking to enter the Technology field.
- Post-secondary student or graduate with Diploma or Degree in the Information Technology field;
- Preference will be given to Digital Media and IT students with a System Administration focus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
- Windows 10 and 11
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Office 2019
- Remote Desktop Support
- Advanced printer/peripheral device troubleshooting
