**The Location**: Hollyburn Country Club is located in West Vancouver at 950 Cross Creek Road.

**The Position**: We are looking for a full-time Tennis Administration Coordinator to join our team
- We offer an excellent benefit package for part-time and full-time employees.
- We also offer an internal staff meal program.

**Requirements**:

- Availability: Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 7:30am to 3:00pm; Thursdays
2:00pm to 8:00pm and Fridays 7:30am to 2:00pm
- Must be available to occasionally cover a weekend shift
- **Own transportation is an asset due to the Club’s remote location**:

- You agree to get a Police Information Check with a vulnerable sector search

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering multiple phone lines, greeting and scheduling members
- Building programs in GameTime for registration
- Tennis Inventory Management
- Major billing/accounting duties
- Strong attention to detail required
- Co-ordination of tournaments and events (court block bookings, accounting, F&B, and general administration)
- Suggest implementation or deletion of programs based on statistics
- Attend monthly meetings with the Tennis Director and Tennis Professionals
- Attend Tennis Committee Meetings
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Vancouver, BC V7S 2S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
