ESSENTIAL
DUTIES  & RESPONSIBILITIES

·       
To greet club members and guests, provide information about
club rules, and perform a variety of administrative.

·       
Manage dining reservations

·       
Manage special event registration

·       
Track guest entry and exit

·       
Be familiar with club rules and provide information about
them to members & guests

·       
Compile and balance deposits on a daily basis

·       
Receive cash and cheque payments

·       
File member use records and retrieve them for member
inquiries

·       
Perform opening and closing procedures at Reception

·       
Maintain a professional reception area

·       
Additional duties as assigned by manager     REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

·       
Outlook, Word, and Excel skills

·       
Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional
phone manner

·       
High School graduate

·       
Reception, customer service, and bookkeeping experience are
assets
