This position necessitates an individual with a comprehensive comprehension of accounting principles." The Sales Coordinator & Customer Support is the single point of contact between the Dealer and the Customer as a vital source of support, building positive relationships with both internal and external customers to achieve both individual and company goals in the assigned region. **In a typical day, YOU will**: - Re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase sales - Proactively generate parts and service and equipment sales leads and manage accounts in an assigned territory through weekly communication with customers - Employ a disciplined call campaign, update customer account information, and develop relationships to maintain accurate account and machine profiles - Promote all aspects of the Dealership and provide equipment sales leads to Machine Sales Representatives (MSRs) - Prospect new business within the assigned territory and qualify equipment for the Dealership’s outside sales organization - Determine customer requirements through needs analysis and provide solutions - Develop customer quotes and tenders from recommendations made by Technicians and assist with quotes for new contracts - Maintain Quote Log System ensuring timely and accurate sales information is provided - Administer sales processes and systems including call reports, weekly call plans, and other administrative duties in support of the business - Assist with the development and administration of the annual territory plans and focus account plans for marketing programs targeted to prospective customers - Ensure all sales tools and market intelligence remain current and develop new tools to increase product exposure - Establish attainable monthly and yearly objectives intended to reinforce continuous improvement and achievement of Company goals - Assist in the collection of outstanding customer payments and facilitate resolutions/agreements - Participate in appropriate training and development i.e. Dealership’s Sales Coordinator Training Program and attend industry association events - Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound, and healthy work behaviors at all times, in support of our Health and Safety Policies, Programs, and initiatives **Must-haves for this role**: - Post-secondary education. - Minimum of 2 years experience in sales. - Experience in Accounting. - Experience with IntelliDealer is an asset. - Experience in a dealership setting is an asset. - Proven problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. - Organized, motivated, and proactive self-starter with a commitment to deadlines and accuracy. - Proven ability to meet deadlines through multi-tasking and a “sense of urgency” **About Reesink Canada Holdings**: Reesink Canada Holdings is a subsidiary of Royal Reesink, a Dutch company that started in 1786 as a blacksmith and has evolved into one of the largest equipment suppliers internationally.Canada is one of the main markets for Royal Reesink.
