The Position: We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator in our Cuisinart division reporting to the V.P. Sales - Cuisinart. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Cuisinart Sales team in the planning, execution, and follow-up of sales and marketing strategies and programs to drive growth, customer engagement, and revenue. This role collaborates closely with Account Managers, internal teams, external accounts, partners, and retailers to support the business and assist in the company’s overall sales and profitability goals. Responsibilities Support the Sales team (V.P. Sales and Account Managers) with national and regional programs in all channels including new product launches, promotional events, product line reviews, pricing updates, trade shows, and customer events. Support the development and rollout of sales and marketing campaigns across digital, retail and trade channels Assist with the creation of sales plans and promotions to achieve divisional sales goals. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support sales campaigns for print and online. Partner with marketing to develop and deliver customer-specific materials, product literature, and merchandising tools. Coordinate the creation, development, and distribution of sales and marketing collateral including brochures, booklets, and digital content presentations. Work with the sales team to manage and maintain SKU setup, product data sheets, pricing, and product launches for accounts. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support demand forecasting and inventory planning. Support the development of annual account plans, promotional calendars, and program strategies for key customers. Assist with uploading digital assets to retailers’ e-commerce platforms. Prepare sales reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and analysis for account and divisional performance Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments including marketing, planning, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth coordination of all activities. Monitor competitive activity and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams Other duties as required Minimum Qualifications Post Secondary degree / diploma, preferably in Business or Marketing Minimum 3 -5 years related experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods or retail industry. Experience working with large, national accounts and customer portals Strong organizing, planning and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work well cross functionally and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong sense of urgency. Ability to think and work independently and with initiative in a dynamic team environment Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; knowledge of SAP an asset What we offer Salary: $65,000 - 75,000.
