**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator**

**Location**: Vaughan, Ontario

**Company**: Leading Real Estate Development Company

**Salary**: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, plus bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter newly executed Agreements into Newstar and distribute them accordingly.
- Generate Agreements of Purchase and Sale (with attention to Schedules) and Amendments for multiple projects.
- Coordinate sales office and model home set-up, maintenance, and weekly deficiencies, collaborating with departments such as IT and Construction.
- Provide sales lists and homeowner information to Tarion (HCRA).
- Prepare Warning Clauses from subdivision agreements for Agreements of Purchase and Sale.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of pre-construction Agreements of Purchase and Sale for low-rise homes.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate, business administration, or marketing.
- Ontario Real Estate Association License is a bonus.
- Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, and resourceful.
