A local customer engagement and loyalty rewards platform is looking for Sales Representatives in the Brampton and/or Hamilton areas to join their team

This is a full-time, contract position.

**The Role**

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in the company's growth by promoting and signing customers up for paid monthly subscriptions for the Rewardola platform. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, including sourcing potential customers, leading sales/demo meetings, cross-team collaboration for marketing/promotion purposes, and closing and onboarding new partners.

**You Will**
- Develop sales/business development strategy and provide recommendations for service/product promotion and marketing opportunities
- Identify new customers through daily prospecting, cold-calling, and networking. Target customers are local brick-and-mortar stores in and around your city.
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers and present/demonstrate Rewardola, ensuring to tailor the experience to the specific customer
- Negotiate and close business and transition the customer to the Customer Care team, ensuring a successful and smooth onboarding experience
- Consistently meet sales quotas and revenue goals
- Manage and update CRM daily

**You Have**
- 2+ years of outside sales (B2C or B2B) or business development experience is a huge plus; SaaS or technology sales experience preferred
- A degree or diploma in Business Management, Sales or Marketing would be an asset
- Sound technical knowledge with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- A valid driver’s license and a vehicle

- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Highly organized with solid time management skills

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Outside sales / Business development: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
