**Description**
This position is part of the Finance Team. The intent is to provide a single point of contact for financial issues. The position works closely with Accounts Receivable, Sales and Field Operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Represent Delta’s core values of Integrity, Service and Quality in relationships with both internal staff members and external customers and suppliers.
- Follow Delta Elevator policies and procedures, Employee Manual, and Health & Safety Manual guidelines.
- Protect the confidentiality of customer, employee, technical, process and financial data.
- Provides response to customer billing inquiries.
- Communicate customer account status to Delta Elevator employees.
- Work with Maintenance supervisors to ensure accurate billing.
- Issue invoices for Weekly Time and Material.
- Distribution of invoices with special instructions.
- Update the Competitive Intelligence Log as relevant information is uncovered.
- Assist with the preparation of additional accounting reports and records.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills**
- Minimum high school diploma
- Preferred college diploma in business administration or accounting disciplines
- General office administration experience.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
