**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a resourceful and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our operations, coordinate team needs, and keep our day-to-day running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the team, data entry, organization, and general administrative support
- Maintain organized records of contracts, client files, and compliance documentation
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and contractors
- Scheduling client appointments and managing walk-in clients
- Coordinate internal team events, virtual or in-person, including booking venues, catering, and supplies
- Enter new client information as well as update existing client information into computer database system
- Manage and resolve client concerns and complaints as well as identify and escalate priority issues when required
- Follow-up with client calls where necessary
- Provide other administrative support to staff
- Order office supplies and manage inventory for Winnipeg and Calgary offices
- Liaise with IT support and other vendors as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of administrative experience (insurance or financial services industry experience is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and standard office software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills—you're the person who just gets things done
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams is a plus
- A proactive mindset—someone who anticipates needs and solves problems before they happen

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
