ERT Cosmetic Clinic is seeking **Consultant Specialist** and **Receptionist** to join our premium aesthetic clinic in Richmond, BC. **About the Role**:
The Consultant Specialist and Receptionist will play a vital role in delivering tailored treatment plans and building meaningful relationships with our clients. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will help uphold our reputation for providing the highest standard of care and results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome clients and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and skincare goals.
- Design and recommend personalized treatment plans using premium skincare treatments and anti-aging solutions.
- Educate clients on luxury skincare products and ensure they understand the benefits of their regimen.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and treatments.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring each client feels valued and cared for.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Proven background in premium skincare treatments and anti-aging solutions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; fluency in an additional language is highly preferred.
- **Client Focus**: Strong ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and build trust.
- **Knowledgeable**: Comprehensive understanding of luxury skincare products and treatments.
- **All-Rounded Personality**: Strong team player, enthusiastic, professional, and adaptable.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
