Marjan DaVinci Laser & Cosmetic Clinic is a friendly aesthetic office with a medical doctor and an aesthetician who love working in the field of medical aesthetics.

Working shift is from 10-6 pm Tuesdays, Thursday and with an option of 2 Saturdays a month (8 hour shifts).

Expected start date is August 1st or later (Flexible)

We use JaneApp EMR. So Scheduling & Rebooking via JaneApp is essential. We can do the training. Important to ensure patients are rebooked for follow-up appointments and other services, aiming for high patient retention and continuous care

Other tasks includes assisting the MD during injectable treatments when no other staff is available. Very simple tasks, can provide training. No previous experience needed.

**Must speak English & Mandarin**

Using CANVA to create posts, flyers will be an asset but not required

Having skills in making website changes to wordpress will be an asset but not required

Must be able to create posts for our **Instagram**, **Wechat** & **Red-Note** accounts using CANVA or social media platforms. This task is required.

Base pay is $20 but willing to pay more for website design and the above social media marketing experience.

Help to keep inventory for skincare products and other supplies.

Professional appearance and demeanour, black clinic uniform will be provided.

Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality

Team-oriented, but able to work independently

Outstanding time management skills

Limited cleaning at the end of the day. All staff will assist with this task including the doctor.

Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and take initiative

**Summary**

As a Receptionist for our Medical Aesthetic Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Must speak good english and Mandarin. Your core skills in customer service, multi-line phone systems, and administrative support will be essential in managing appointments and handling inquiries. With premium skills in office experience, you will assist with financial transactions. Additionally, your relevant skills in social media specially Red-Note and WeChat will help promote our services effectively. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 25 per week
