Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Laser and Microneedling Technician to join our small, client-focused medical aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing microneedling treatments, various laser and RF microneedling treatments as well as medial facials and chemical perela. A strong understanding of various skin types, and a background in aesthetics or skincare. This is a casual or part-time position, perfect for someone passionate about skin health and client care. The technician will be responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments while providing an exceptional experience for each client. Knowledge of Janeapp is an asset.

Duties

  • Perform professional microneedling, laser and other aesthetics treatments with attention to safety, efficacy, and client comfort.
  • Assess clients' skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and post-care. Including selling medical grade skin care
  • Maintain treatment records and ensure accurate documentation of services performed.
  • Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment education to clients.
  • Clean and sterilize equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist with client consultations and treatment planning as needed.
  • Collaborate with clinic team members to support client satisfaction and clinic success.
  • Stay current on microneedling techniques, products, and skincare trends through continued learning.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience performing microneedling, laser and other treatments.
  • In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and contraindications.
  • Background in aesthetics or medical aesthetics (certification preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a commitment to client care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Availability for flexible, part-time, or casual shifts, including weekends.
