**Responsibilities**:

- Support daily clinic operations and assist in maintaining a smooth patient-experience
- Deliver top-tier customer service and engage with patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Utilize and reinforce internal scripts and procedures to support patient care and clinic flow
- Collaborate closely with practitioners and clinic staff to ensure efficient scheduling and rebooking
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, phone calls, and appointment management

**Requirements**:

- Strong people skills and excellent communication
- Ability to muti-task in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation to and from your clinic location
- Strong computer skills and comfort with digital tools and systems
- Team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

**Assets (Preferred but Not Required)**:

- Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with extended health benefits and insurance billing processes
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
