**Customer Service Representative**

Looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who has an ability to prioritize and manage expectations. You will be part of a dynamic team. We are currently launching our Solar Sales division as our next phase in our growth strategy. Be part of the evolution of our company.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Build customer relationships to enhance customer order experience
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
- Efficiently and accurately review script with inbound calls from customers
- Participate in administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team as inside sales support by maintaining customer information
- Explain basic information for products, and benefits to prospective customers including handling customer situations
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of applicable experience
- Experience with Excel, Word and Publisher
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and creatively
- Able to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced work environment
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
**Benefits**:

- Salary range: $40,000-$42,000
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift - Afternoon and possibly some weekends
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
