**Position title**: Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers and you will provide administrative support across the office. You will handle the flow of people through the tire shop and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Respond to all incoming phone calls and other general requests.
- Ensures that the office runs efficiently.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Manager
**Qualities and Skills**:
- **Must be able to work is a fast paced environment.** Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
- Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Supply Management.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekends only
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
