**CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Processing daily Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Managing communication between customers and vendors as required.
- Managing transport logistics and ensuring transport costs are on track as budgeted.
- Ongoing review and update of procedures manual for the Customer Service Department and Front Office.
- Assisting with general office administration as required.
- Prompt and professional management of all incoming calls.
- Managing daily office operations, including a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
- Co-ordinating courier shipments (includes packaging, labeling and follow-up on point of destination).
- Liaising with security & QA to coordinate weekly incoming visitor log.
- Measure KPI’s
- Monitor and manage inventory levels on commercial goods and packaging.
**Qualifications**
- QuickBooks and Excel : 3 Years
- Sales & Customer Service: 3 Years
- Office and Administrative Experience: 3 Years
- Post Secondary Education Preferred.
- Knowledge of food industry is favorable.
**Skills and Knowledge**:
- Exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills and ability to work cohesively with a team.
- Strong Computer Skills required. (Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, Outlook calendar management)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to work independently.
- Ability to take initiative to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to exercise discretion and tact in sensitive situations, using good judgment when responding to issues or requests.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- French Language is an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-15 months
