We are looking for a motivated, energetic and results driven **TELEMARKETER (Part Time or Full Time)** with **COLD CALLING, TELEMARKETING and SALES LEAD GENERATION** **experience** who is NOT afraid to ask for the business

**What You’ll Be Selling**

The concept of a clean, healthy work environment for our customers, based on a proactive, monitored monthly service. Our client base is primarily made up of commercial customers in industries such as Industrial plants, Commercial Office Buildings, Medical and Dental Centres, Hotels, Schools, Automotive Dealerships, Strata Buildings, Restaurants, Financial Institutions, Trucking and Freight Forwarding Companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing insight to potential clients and contractors on the services Pinnacle provides
- Booking appointments for our Sales Department to provide quotes for janitorial services
- Following up with leads
- Researching and adding New Businesses and Prospects to our CRM
- Update and maintain accurate daily records of prospect contacts in our CRM
- Providing weekly/monthly updates
- Other tasks, assignments and duties as required**Required Skills**:

- Strong work ethic, goal driven and self-motivated
- Proven track record in sales and telemarketing
- Ability to effectively cold call and generate leads
- Prospecting skills; online and over the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be outgoing, persistent and comfortable talking over the phone
- Proficient using MS Office and CRMs
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- **Prior** **TELEMARKETING and COLD CALLING experience perferred**:

- Must be able to work as a contributing member of the team
