Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and telemarketing.
- Communicate product features and benefits to potential clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology-related fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure advantageous agreements.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $44,742.60-$125,803.36 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
