**About Us**:At Snow Queen Winter Management, we provide top-tier snow removal, de-icing, and winter services to ensure our clients stay safe and secure throughout the winter season. As we gear up for the next season, we’re looking to add a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to our team to help us reach new clients and grow our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to commercial property owners/managers.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for Snow Queen’s winter management services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value of Snow Queen's services.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert them into qualified prospects.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure leads are properly handled and followed up.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales is an asset.
- Strong phone skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- A genuine interest in helping people and growing a business.
