**Office Administrator**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain all office supplies, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain office cleanliness by keeping work areas organized and sanitized
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Maintain communication with customers, vendors, fellow employees etc.
- Oversee daily operations of the office (i.e., invoicing, filing, answering phones)
- Provide general support to visitors arriving at the office (i.e., answering questions, distributing mail etc.)
- Organize your own schedule to ensure availability of all staff members
- Assist in the planning of promotional events

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar role preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures; experience with Excel is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in English and Punjabi
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
