**THE ROLE**
As the Administrative and Financial Coordinator, you will plan and control the distribution of allocated budgets. You will update financial data as well as plan and prepare budget proposals for the Non-public funds in collaboration with managers. As the incumbent you will advise management about activities relating to the Non-Public Fund budgets of the Personnel Support Programs division, and provide advice and recommendations. In addition, you will verify and control the implementation of service delivery and the efficiency of financial resources.

**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or in a related field AND some years of experience in Accounting

**Experience**

In business planning
In budget management
In office administration and records management
In the preparation of financial statements and reports
In personnel administration

**Competencies, Skills and Abilities**

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

This position has an assigned location and may allow flexible work options such as remote or hybrid work but the employee must be able to report to the assigned work location at their own cost if required. Remote work may be required depending on health and safety considerations.

The position could be based in Valcartier, St-Jean or Montreal.
