**Accounting Assistant - Atlantic Road Construction & Paving**

Atlantic Road Construction & Paving is a well established heavy civil construction company specializing in heavy civil excavation and flatworks, pipeline placement, concrete placement and asphalt paving. Our company is growing, so we are adding to our Accounting Team

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in accounting or two years of equivelant expereince.
- Experience using Sage 50
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Able to process transactions accurately in large volumes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good work ethic and positive attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the day-to-day accounting cycle
- Billing invoices
- Posting transactions
- Assisting payroll as needed
- Other duties as required
