**Summary**

In your role as PR and Communications Manager you will be responsible for overseeing WorkJam’s storytelling efforts to create compelling content to help drive awareness and positive perception of our dynamic brand.
What you will be doing:

- Oversees public relations for WorkJam which includes managing PR agency relationships globally.
- Responsible for the creation and distribution of all press releases
- Acts as the primary contact for press relations with WorkJam
- Helps write executive presentations for key events
- Owns and oversees all social channels, including content creation and KPI measurements
- Manages the execution and creation of content such as blogs, etc.
- Assists and supports the brand team in the creation of video content and storytelling
- Manages, mentors, and develops content specialist role
- Works with customer success/sales teams to create content to upsell current customers
- Ensure consistency of the WJ brand and story across all mediums

**Long Description**

What we’re looking for:

- 5 years proven experience in public relations, communications, and marketing
- Proven understanding of the tier one media landscape in the US and Canada
- Strong background in B2B storytelling and content creation, including video content
- Proven experience leveraging social media channels to grow corporate awareness and reputation.
- A news-hungry person who is interested in finding opportunities to influence the media with WorkJam’s exciting story
- Passion for the b2b tech space, with experience at a global company is a must
- Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed corporate environment
- French/English fluency is considered an asset
