S&S Transport is currently seeking a Full Time Office Assistant for a variety of duties. Duties may include but are not limited to general office such as invoicing, ordering office supplies, data entry, calendar updates and internal office lists. Other duties may include research projects and occasional errands.
- Resourceful
- Experienced with QuickBooks and MS programs
- A quick thinker, adaptable and able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment
- Moderate to advanced basic math skills
- Excellent customer service and phone mannerism
- Able to effectively liaison with upper management

Starting wage is $22.00 per hour plus mileage incentive for company errands. Our general office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM but may require some flexibility in days or hours worked.
