As well as provide administrative assistance with accounts receivables and collections. **Job Duties**: - Input invoices into web-based software ensuring accuracy and compliance - Upload invoices into AccPac - Upload invoices into Corigo - Invoice Suncor - Manage SAP Fieldglass - Back up for answering phones to take chemical orders - Update customer service portals - Provide "Backup" to assist the accounting team with any follow-up or data entry required surrounding service work orders - Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies - Any other duties as assigned by the Field Service Support Manager or Senior Leadership team - Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at anytime **Qualifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - Strong proficiency in common office programs including Microsoft Office and Google Suite with the aptitude to learn new software - Knowledge of Accpac/Sage 300 accounting software as an asset - Exceptional communication and ability to convey information appropriately - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to speak, write, read, and comprehend procedures in English **Salary: $52,000-62,000 CAD/annually** - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
