We are a consulting company that helps businesses optimize internal processes, implement digital solutions, and deliver a high level of client service. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will play a key role in supporting our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process incoming customer inquiries (email / chat / phone)
  • Provide clients with information about company services and available solutions
  • Assist customers with navigating systems, services, and tools
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Keep records of inquiries and update information in the CRM

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Support, Office Administration, or related fields is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and professional written/verbal English
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and tools
  • Attention to detail, patience, and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
