- Communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel *Responsibilities include:

- * Answer phone calls and answer patients' questions
- Provide assistance to and greet patients and visitors when they arrive at the office
- Ensure patients and visitors understand office policies
- Process payments
- Schedule appointments based on practitioner availability and preferences
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
- Order and organize supplies
- Clean the office
- Summarize expenses and pay vendors as requested by the employer
