**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in processing insurance policies, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the team with administrative and client-focused tasks. This position offers extensive on-the-job training and growth opportunities, including the potential to obtain a RIBO license.

**Responsibilities**
- Process policy documentation such as new policies, renewals, endorsements and cancellations with precision and accuracy.
- Upload data into CRM (Client Relationship Management Tool), BMS, insurance companies portals and process downloaded policy changes.
- Assist the team in preparing quotations, proposals, binders, certificates, liability slips and other items as requested.
- Reviewing renewals for adequacy of coverage, which includes quoting and remarketing when necessary
- Other duties as required

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- 1+ year of experience working with administrative tasks or data entry
- Computer savvy and proficient with the MS Office Suite of programs, especially Outlook, Excel, Teams & Word.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Broker Management Systems (BMS) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) would be an asset.
- Familiarity with insurance company portals (e.g., Intact, Aviva, Economical, Travelers, Pembridge, Unica)
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Ability to multitask and deliver on time with quality.
- Change resilient, flexible worker with the ability to problem solve with confidence.

Salary will be commensurate with experience - Extensive on the job training will be provided. We thank all applicants but only those being considered will be contacted.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
