Woodbridge, Canada VGP - Video Games Plus Full time

VGP is recruiting a Part-time Customer Service Representative

**This position is on-site at our Distribution Center**

As a Customer Service Representative for Video Games Plus, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers across various platforms and be providing exceptional customer service in a coherent, respectful, and timely manner. (Hardware will be provided if needed)

You will be supporting our e-commerce operations teams by communicating customer requests, adjusting sales orders, coordinating replacements, issuing refunds and more.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
- Learn the software systems used by the company to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.
- Keep a record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date.
- Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
- Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
- Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient communication skills and fluent in English
- Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central highly valued.
- Attention to detail to be able to provide written communication to customers that free of spelling or grammatical errors
- Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment and handle unsatisfied customers
- Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Docs
- Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time

**Skills & Experience**
- 1- 2 Years E-commerce experience is considered an asset

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Work Hours**: Weekdays and Weekends.

**Salary**: $18 per hour

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
