Front Office Manager

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage and train front office staff to provide exceptional guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Oversee phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained by all staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory of front office supplies and manage ordering as needed.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in social work or mental health and management preferred.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, or Psychology.
- Previous experience in front desk operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
