**Overview**:
We are seeking two dedicated Medical Office Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist to join our Professional team.
**Educational Requirement**:
- High School Diploma (OSSD) **or **Any College Diploma
**Other Requirements**:
- Experience with front desk operations (in a Medical Centre, Hotel, Travels or Airlines) is preferred.**:
- **Phone etiquette & Call Management skills**:
- Strong administrative skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication
- Social Skills & Empathy
- Multitasking & Prioritizing skills
- Time management in prioritizing tasks
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Knows or willing to learn Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Knows or willing to learn Medical Terminology.
- Knows or willing to learn Word Press & on and off Edit using Elementor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
**Duties**:
- **Greeting and Interacting with patients & Professionals in a welcoming environment.**:
- Manage the online booking & In-person booking of appointments
- Telephone Call Management
- Scanning & Filing documents and other administrative tasks
- Verify patient insurance information and process payments
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately
- Assist with patient registration and intake processes
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintaining the Reception/Front Desk area
- Managing the Google Page (Training will be given)
- Handling Mail and deliveries
