Responsibilities Include:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer multi-line switchboard and direct calls. Solicit Google Reviewsx
- Process payments and accurately handle cash/debit/credit transactions
- Vehicle licensing
- Printing bill of sale
- Stocking in units and maintaining Garage Register
- Assist with Dealer Trades and Wholesale
- Perform other clerical duties as needed such as filing, faxing, photocopying
- Provide administrative support throughout the dealership

Qualifications:

- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer skills, knowledgeable in Excel
- Good organizational skills
- Dealership experience is an asset
- Must be able to work Saturdays

**Salary**: $20.50 per hour
