- Maintain online filing systems
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Manage electronic signatures using DocuSign
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, office assistant, or clerk
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Experience with Quickbooks for receipt entry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite tools
- Intermediate level with PowerPoint in developing slides and presentations
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
