We are currently looking for an Online Store Manager to join our Marketing Team based out of our Distribution Centre in Headingley Manitoba.

**Online Store Manager**

As a valuable member of the Marketing Team you will be responsible for the management of MYstore, McMunn & Yates Building Supplies online store, including optimizing our product catalog, enhancing its appeal and aligning it with evolving market demands.

Other tasks include but not limited to:

- Maintain an expansive catalog by adding new SKU’s, images, related products, and creating fresh and retail-friendly product overviews and specifications
- Ensuring accuracy by regularly updating products as required on thousands of SKU’s
- Conduct research aimed at refining our product offerings, gathering insights into market trends and consumer preferences. Efficiently overseeing our ‘buy online and pick up in store’ process, facilitating excellent customer service through staff and customer engagement
- Handling all mobile and online quotes, distributing requests to the appropriate Sales Associates across our locations
- Collaborating on and executing e-marketing strategies with fellow team members
- Managing all online payments and transactions, securely and adeptly
- Ensuring a seamless functionality of the online store platform, and taking ownership of investigating and swiftly resolving website issues, ensuring timely communication and implementation of solutions
- Assisting team members as required
